Ayer falleció la cantante que popularizó Nothing Compares to You, tema compuesto por Prince (al que ya dediqué una entrada) y cuya prometedora carrera se vio interrumpida cuando decidió romper una foto del Papa en directo: ver vídeo.
Aunque después disfrutó de relativa notoriedad y prestigio, no volvió a repetir el éxito de esta canción.
Y, por último, volvemos al comienzo. La grabación del proyecto paralelo de Prince, The Family, en cuyo albúm homónimo se publicó este tema por primera vez.
